- I need a few miracles friends! My car is on her last leg, poor Midnight. I’m driving my car back and forth to Nashville each week for school, and I’m just not sure how much longer it’ll last. I’m praying for a new car, please join me!
- My computer is on it’s last leg as well. Not as important as a car, but it’s just very inconvenient being in school and all. So please pray for that as well.
- My sweet friend Sydney has been feeling sick off and on for a couple of months now. Pray for healing over her body as she continues to fight a cold or allergies that is now making her feel dizzy.
- I have a friend that’s been having some night terrors. It’s very distracting, not of God and keeps her from the sleep she needs. Join me in praying for breakthrough and pray for supernatural wisdom.
- I’m sure most of you have heard about the “Penn State Scandal” if not, click here. This has just pulled on my heart strings all day. Will you join me in lifting up all impacted by this whole ordeal, especially the victims.
- PRAISE! My girl Nina is just seeing some AMAZING things breaking loose. God is showing up and showing off big time in this kids life! Maybe, just maybe I can get her to write a blog or 2.

- Many students at SOSL (School of Supernatural Life) are in need of finances for school tuition and our outreach at the end of the year. Pray for breakthrough
- My friends Micah and Rachel are in need of a job in Nashville.
- PRAISE! Though I still have half of my money for this installment to go…that means I have received half of it! The glass is always half full my friends!
- I’m just asking for more of the Lord. More presence, more healing, more Kingdom in my life. Redemption, restoration, rest and remembering. I would love you to come into agreement.
- PRAISE! I have so many amazing relationships. I’m truly so blessed. Let’s just thank God this week for how He’s blessed us relationally.

- A friends brother was just put in jail for rape and their mom went to the doctor to find out she’s going blind. Let’s lift this family up.
- I am still in need of raising much support. I specifically need $600 for tuition this coming Tuesday. Please pray for financial blessing in my life.
- PRAISE! Sarah got the detective position we prayed for! YEAH! Let’s continue to pray for her as she enters this new season.
- PRAISE! My African friend who was unsure of how his engagement was going is getting married within the next 48 hours. Thank you Papa!

her. We are planning to get married but she keeps changing, then later on
said that she is no longer interested to get married to me. (A dear friend from Africa)

- PRAISE! Mr. Evan now has a job! Thanks to all who prayed for him. YEAH!
- I learned a couple days ago that a dear friend of mine is having some major marital issues. Pray for peace, wisdom, resolve and God’s miraculous power to move over him.
- A sweet, sweet friend’s brother was thrown in jail this weekend. I know my friend is heart broken, however she shows so much hope! Let’s pray for her and her family, that they would experience peace and not lose hope. And for her brother, let’s pray that God would use this to draw her brother back to Him.
- Only days left until the first year of School of Supernatural Life kicks off. I still have $450 to raise for my first tuition installment (learn more here: http://brooklynspeaks.com/2011/08/10/back-to-school/) and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Let’s pray for the miraculous. Let’s lift up all involved in this school; students, teachers, leaders, administrators, etc.
- Josh Bryant, a Padcuah Police officer age 26, just found out that
he has cancer. It has spread through out his body. Josh is a believer and
is married with two small children. The Doctors are not giving him hope but
I serve a God of Hope. Pray for Complete healing that Josh may be a

- Prayers for Alissa. She is in Joplin, MO serving and doing some disaster relief. Pray for safety and divine encounters for her and the group she’s with.
- My gran fell off her porch last week and broke her pelvis. Please pray for a quick recovery and for patience. She’s pretty hopin’ for her age and is already getting frustrated that she’s so restrained right now.
- I fly out Thursday to Seattle to speak at a weekend retreat. Please pray for safe travels, divine appointments, wisdom, discernment, anointing and all that good stuff. Pray that God’s love and joy would just fill me and overflow to all the youth. Pray that God would begin now preparing hearts for all He wants to do. Pray for the Holy Spirit to just fall and move in that place. That these youth would encounter and experience God, His love, His Kingdom and His goodness in a new, fresh way.
- I’m going to start raising support this week for this next ministry year. My goal is set for $39,800 for the whole year. Please pray with me for God’s provision in this all.

- PRAISE! I got accepted to the ministry school I applied for! I’m so excited for this opportunity to take a break from ministering to get refilled and to simply learn and grow deeper in my relationship with the Lord. Still lots of things that need to fall into place. I have to raise quite a bit of money for school fees and an international mission trip, find a job in the Nashville area, as well as a place to live. So keep praying with me!
- PRAISE! My sweet friend Nina has been working at a summer camp in TX for the past 6 weeks. I got a chance to chat with her on Saturday and she just had story after story of amazing things God is doing! Thank you Lord for using Nina to touch the lives of so many youngsters!
- PRAISE! Evan got a job interview last week! Way to go! He has his second interview tomorrow, so lets keep lifting him up!
- PRAISE! Amy emailed me late last week updating me on her niece. There is still much prayer needed, but Amy said she could definitely tell God was at work!
- Need prayers for clarity- finding a suitable place to live with family of 5, healing a troubled marriage or the courage to end it and for letting go of so much hurt and anger… -an anon. friend

- Request: Hey Brooklyn! Got this email from someone in our church about a family they knew. Let’s storm the Kingdom with prayers for this family.
I spoke with Kathy about 45 minutes ago. The first thing she said is that she has been on the craziest roller coaster ride ever. Those of you that haven’t heard today has been intense for Ron and his family. They were scheduled to do the biopsy today but then Ron went into cardiac arrest. He was whisked to the CVICU with Kathy and family literally running behind them. It looked very near the end and Kathy had to go into the counseling room and start making final decisions. She said the saddest part was Ron trying to write a letter to the girls. They did tell the girls all that was happening. All of Ron and Kathy’s parents were there and that was a blessing. Then all of the sudden Ron has stabilized. He is on 100% oxygen but stable. A different oncologist ( I am sorry I don’t remember his name) came in to talk with Kathy and Ron. He said if Ron is stable in the morning that he will do biopsy and if they can treat him in any way that they will. Kathy says keep those prayers coming!!! She said God is all over every corner they turn. We don’t know what tomorrow holds but Kathy and Ron are so thankful. Kathy said Tonya Mary has been an angel sent to them today!! God keeps sending different people to work out different details. Amazing! Kathy also said Ron is laughing and joking. Just keep praying it is making ALL the difference!! Psalm 107:20 “He sent forth His Word and healed them, He rescued them from the grave.” God’s Word is His primary healing agent. Keep praying scripture!

- Please pray that the Lord provides $3,000 by August 12th for our team of 9 (Haitian and American) students to complete a 2 month long mission trip with YWAM. We have spent the last 3 months running a Discipleship Training School (DTS) here in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti where 49 students have been learning who God is and how to make Him known! Now we are splitting into teams going to the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Benin (west Africa), Haiti, and JAMAICA (where I am leading my team). We need $3,000 USD to purchase tickets on the 12th and then need another $8,000 by September to cover the costs of our trip. Please pray for favor, funds, and wisdom for myself and the other team leaders as we organize these 2 month long outreaches. Mesi zanmi mwen! (Thank you friends)! - Please pray for Mans. This week he was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer the day after his mother died. Already in emotional shock, you can guess how devastating this must be for him and his wife. He is 52 years old and in need of a miracle! Please pray for complete healing and for his family to rise up and have faith and peace during this time. Also for the doctors to have wisdom! ~Alexis
- Pray for us as we start up The Umtshayelo Foundation (Tuf). It is in its infancy stage and we are in the process of establishing the foundations of a ministry that seeks primarily to bring heaven to earth by sweeping away suffering in our very impoverished communities. So we ask for your prayers for God’s guidance and to send in the right people to further the cause of Heaven.
We will be in London for the next year and will during this time hopefully complete the infrastructure for the Foundation. Please pray for us as I intend to complete my MA during this coming year while Stephanie works in London.
Our immediate needs are: a web designer/developer, project overseer, local
church support, volunteers, interns, wisdom and prayer supporters, finance. Thank you. ~Andrew
- My wife and I have been living in Jacksonville, FL for almost a year now. I’m desperately looking for a full-time job. I have my degree in Print Media/Journalism as well as a Master’s in Photography. It’s been a real challenge, and now I’d take any job I feel I could do. Please pray that God will open a door soon. - PRAISE from Austin about his sister Cassie! “I went and saw my sister last night. She looks amazing. She is healing incredibly fast, and there is no infections. The pain meds the hospital gave her are helping more then what they were giving her when she was in the hospital. She came home 2 days ago. Thank you so much for your prayers. It means a lot to me, and to her. I will ask you to continue to pray for her recovery.”
- August 18-22 I will be traveling to Seattle to speak at a youth retreat. I would greatly appreciate prayers this week as I pursue the Lord on what to share. Please also begin praying for the students, that God would begin softening their hearts to all He has to share with them. Thanks!
July 25th 2011
- My heart is broken over the news in Norway. Let’s lift them up, asking for comfort and peace. Our God can take any situation and use it for His Kingdom, no matter how tragic it is. Let’s pray that the Holy Spirit would move in a fresh way across Norway, stirring people’s hearts, bringing revival.
- I will be finishing up all my paper work for the ministry school I’m applying to this week. Please pray with me that God opens the doors necessary for me to attend, as well as all the financial provision needed to attend. I specifically need; a job in Nashville that works with my school schedule and pays what I need to live, a place to live, $3,300 for school fees as well as money for supplies and a mission trip we will go on at the end of the school year.
- Please pray for my friend Sydney. She recently returned from India, where she served at an orphanage for 6 weeks. Her heart was deeply touched while there, and any of you who’ve done missions work can understand the struggles of coming home after seeing such need. Pray that God will help her process all she has experienced and help show her what’s next. Sydney is also applying the the ministry school I mentioned above, please pray for her as well as she goes through this process.
- Please pray with Austin as he writes: “I need prayer for my beautifull sister cassie harris. she was in a car accident and was severly injured. If you would pray for her and her swift recovery, as well as her familly, that would be greatly appreciated.”
- Amy’s niece Kathryn is going through a difficult time. Let’s pray for Amy and her family to continue to be filled with the love of Christ so they can continue to pour that love out over Kathryn. Pray for Kathryn that God would protect her and her new baby.
- S.G. sent in several prayer requests, but asked that full names not be mentioned. Let’s pray for S.G. that she may get closer to God and lift up all the prayers on her heart for her friends and community.

- Thank you all who prayed for my friend Lauren, our prayers were answered!
- My friend Sarah is a police officer in Paducah, Ky. Her goal is to make detective this coming year. She would have many responsibilities, but her passion is in working with sex crime victims. She would be absolutely amazing at this job and a blessing to those in a most vulnerable state. I’m praying for God’s favor on her in getting this new position, for greater wisdom and guidance, for the right people to come along side her to work with, for an increase of love and compassion for the hurting and supernatural creativity in solving and reducing this crime rate.
- As I drove out to Greer, MO yesterday with friends to go canoeing, I noticed several communities that were effected by the flooding that took place a couple months back. With the economy the way it is, I imagine there were several people along the way there that have lost much more than they can gain back. Let’s not forget all those who’ve suffered hardship this year due to all the devastation we’ve seen from natural disasters. Praying for comfort, provision and hope.

- Pray for a job to come through and for financial provision.
- Pray that if God has for me to go to the School of Supernatural Life He will open the doors needed and provide all that’s necessary.
- Pray for missions opportunities and support in which to do them. There is a possible opportunity to travel to India, pray for doors to open if it’s God’s plan.
- Pray for some people to come along side me and support starting a non profit.
- Pray for strained relationships. For God’s resolve, redemption and healing.
