Those Days
There are bad days – you spill hot coffee in your lap, your alarm didn’t go off and you have to rush to make it to school, you find a hair in your lunch, you forget your umbrella on a rainy day and get soaked or someone too busy chatting on their phone doesn’t see you and rear ends you.
Then there are really bad days. You know, those days where it feels as though the world has just come crashing down on you; a loved one passes away, your best friend betrays you, you find out you have an incurable disease, the promotion you worked your butt of for was given to some newbie, you find out you’ve been cheated on and so on.
Have you ever found yourself sitting alone at a coffee shop or the park? In that moment, have you ever wished there was someone that understood what you were going through? Have you ever wished that all the happy people would just take a moment to open their eyes and notice your pain?
Maybe if someone would stop and show compassion it’d make things a little better. Or maybe someone could buy your coffee just to try and put a smile on your face. Or maybe, just maybe someone would even be bold enough to sit down, lend an ear and offer to pray.
If you’ve ever felt any of those things, I imagine others have too. When you’re having a good day, chances are you’ll bump into someone having a bad day. If we can all just try to open our eyes to see, maybe we can really bless one another. Maybe those of us having good days can give a little of our good away to those having bad days.

yea, today was one of those “bad days”
just got a phone call from my sis, she is banged up pretty bad in the hospital. not the best news in the world, but she is alive, so praise the lord.
Really sorry to hear about your sis friend. I’ve been praying for her :)
