This past weekend as I was visiting with my sweet friends, Sydney and Taylor Kinser, they pulled up the below video on their computer. I had no idea what to expect, but within seconds I was drawn in and found myself smiling through most of the video.

I can’t help but wonder if we could take a few notes from this short film. As we go through our week, we will encounter numerous people. What if we took a moment to notice something good, something wonderful about the person God has placed before us and then spoke it over them! What if we left each person we come in contact with a smile, encouraged and validated. What if we were so in tune with the Spirit that He spoke through us the very thing that person before us needed, was desperate to hear.

There are countless people in our worlds that, in different areas of their lives, are crippled by insecurities, fears and doubts. You words of affirmation, encouragement and love could change the entire course of their day, week or even life! The beauty of it is that it’s so easy! I dare you, just try it and see what kind of response you get. I don’t know about you, but any time something I say or do causes someone to smile… it brings joy to me. Smiling, laughter, joy; they’re all so contagious!

YOU are great. You are simply amazing! You are so incredibly and uniquely hand crafted by a God who knows every nook and cranny of your beautiful being. You are LOVED beyond measure. You have a purpose, a destiny, a calling in this life that no one else could fill. You are more valuable than all the silver and gold in this world, a treasure. You, yes you…are wonderful.
